Topic: Adaptation and Rapid Response in food processing: From pivoting to committing, e-commerce in the time of COVID and beyond

Online services have improved significantly across the country as Canadians have online options now more than ever. Canadians are buying online and reasons why Canadians are using online services to get food vary greatly.

What should we expect once the pandemic is done? What are we expecting from processors within the supply chain? We’ll talk about trends and strategies we’re expecting in the coming months.
