CIFST Manitoba Section is pleased to provide a food safety training series. This is the first training session, which aims to provide knowledge on the behind the scenes within the food safety environment targeting the Agri-Food processing industry. You will learn about these topics:

  • Food safety regulatory environment
  • Food safety standards and third party auditing
  • Policies, procedures and records
  • Food safety culture
