Succeeding at Work recently launched a new employer focused stream that is fully funded allowing businesses to educate and upskill new hires and existing workers at no cost and with no loss in production time. Education is a great motivator, and FPSC is evaluating retention gains produced by establishing a workplace continuous learning culture with on-the-job self-directed training.
