New Advancements In Food Preservation From The Mighty Mushroom
Consumers today demand transparency when it comes to the ingredients in their food and beverage products. This adds pressure on brands to switch to natural ingredients, however making the shift from artificial to natural is a huge challenge. Chinova Bioworks' sustainable, clean-label mushroom innovation is changing the food preservative space and making it easier for companies to reformulate.

Audrey Carpenter, Sales Account Representative, Chinova Bioworks
Bio: Audrey Carpenter is a Sales Account Representative for Chinova Bioworks. She has a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and spent the early part of her career working as an internal brand manager, settling customer inquiries and attorney-client disputes for the international law firm Cordell & Cordell. She learned vital negotiation skills to help her become a successful sales representative. She has five years of experience working directly in the nutrition and food ingredient space focusing on event planning, marketing, and direct sales.
