BCFT is pleased to announce the return of our annual in-person Suppliers’ Night tradeshow! Our 29th event will once again be hosted at the Delta Burnaby Hotel & Conference Centre this coming March 1st, 2023. As always, the event provides an exceptional opportunity for learning about new companies, products, and services. Come network with R&D technologists, food scientists, purchasers, and senior managers from leading food and beverage companies around B.C. and beyond. We recognize the many challenges everyone has experienced over the last few years and greatly appreciate your patience as we work towards providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests and exhibitors at our in-person events.

NEW FOR THIS YEAR
- Due to increasing complaints over the years, we would like to remind all exhibitors of the IFT Rules for Exhibitors that states “fixtures, components, and identification signs will be permitted to a maximum height of 20ft to the top of the booth structure or hanging sign”. Displays must NOT be arranged in a manner that misrepresents or obstructs the view of neighboring exhibitors. BCFT reserves the right to potentially modify or remove booth materials to ensure compliance.
- As a token of our appreciation for your patience these past few years, Suppliers’ Night 2023 attendee registration will be FREE. Please note however that REGISTRATION IS STILL MANDATORY FOR ENTRY. Attendee registration fares will be reinstated for 2024.
- In accordance with current provincial health guidance, masks will NOT be required for entry into the event but are recommended. Please also take the opportunity to review local and federal COVID-19 guidance resources and monitor your health before, during, and after attending the event.

Tabletop Registration Fees
Early bird registration: $ 395 CAD (Through November 30th, 2022)
Regular registration: $ 495 CAD (From December 1st, 2022 – January 15th, 2023)
*Last minute registration: $ 695 CAD (From January 16th, 2023 onwards)

A maximum of 3 representatives per table
Due to safety reasons, electrical outlets are provided by the hotel and can be requested during online registration for $65/table. Power usage exceeding 300 watts will need to be notified to BCFT as this may require extra power lines and charge.
