Bio: 

With more than two decades of executive management, international business development, project management, and sales/marketing experiences, Le is a seasoned business executive who is known for her passion and hard work ethic. She is resourceful, innovative, result-oriented, and a very strong communicator.

When Le immigrated to Canada in 1981, her family farmed cucumbers and now she returns to her roots in agriculture to help farmers.

In her spare time, Le involves herself in high-profile community projects to encourage civic engagement in the Asian communities. Le is also passionate about youth leadership development and refugee resettlement and is often asked to speak at conferences about these topics.
