Bio: 

17 years experience in the restaurant and food production industry, both as an entrepreneur and COO of public restaurant chains franchised across Canada and several countries. 10+ restaurant brands, 100+ units in QSR and Full-Service chains, and 2 food production plants. He is a graduate of McGill University and began his career in investment banking & private equity in NYC.
