CIFST Manitoba Section is hosting a technical seminar on "Underutilized Canadian Crops as Functional Food", featuring Dr. Champa Wijekoon, Research Scientist, Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada, as our keynote speaker. There will also be a panel discussion, networking session and dinner will be provided.
