Description: Managing food safety in the food service sector can be a tall order for the food safety professional. This can be due to a range of factors, such as the fast-paced nature of the industry, the structure of the business which typically does not use dedicated food safety professionals at the restaurant level, and several workforce-related challenges. This webinar aims to provide an overview of challenges and practical solutions for managing and improving food safety in foodservice.

Bio:
Marin Pavlić has over 15 years of FSQA and Six Sigma experience in food manufacturing and food service sectors, having worked for major industry players, such as Maple Leaf Foods and Compass Group Canada. Marin has a thorough understanding of HACCP application in both sectors and understands the importance of food safety culture to elevate food safety performance of an organization to the next level. He is also passionate about the use of data and technology in finding food safety solutions.
Marin holds a B.Sc. in Nutritional Sciences from the University of Toronto, an M.Sc. in Food Safety and Quality Assurance from the University of Guelph, and an MBA from Wilfrid Laurier University.
