Bio: Tanguy Etoga is the Founder and CEO of NORMEX, a software platform focused on driving the digital transformation of food safety management. NORMEX is designed to facilitate the management of food safety programs by integrating IoT, AI, and predictive analysis to automate tasks and provide actionable insights. Tanguy holds a BSc in Food Science from Laval University and an MSc in Operations Management from McGill University.
