Food Safety Training Series Part 2 (presented virtually)
CIFST Manitoba is hosting a Food Safety Training Part 2, as part of our training series.
In this training, there will be a panel discussion with a highly experienced QA Manager, Beatrice Aderemi, Winkler Meats, and seasoned QA consultant, Doug Barron, Prairie Food Safety. The topic covers the day-to-day of key food safety personnel, introduction to food safety management system, and behind-the-scene experiences with GFSI benchmarking audit requirements.
There will also be a hands-on workshop on completing a deviation record as a response to a non-conformance. This exercise covers root cause analysis, food safety risk assessment, corrective and preventive action plan designing, and their verification steps.
