Discover the science of flavour and food experience in this engaging online event! Led by Professor Lisa, an expert in sensory perception and consumer liking, this interactive session will show how consumers, panelists, and anyone curious about food experience evaluate and perceive taste, aroma, and texture. After her insightful presentation, enjoy a virtual behind-the-scenes tour of the sensory facility at University of Guelph.

Join us for a fun and interactive online sensory session designed for students, professionals, R and D specialists, and anyone curious to learn more. You will explore how food tasting really works, learn how experts evaluate flavour, aroma, and texture, take part in engaging activities, and enjoy a lighthearted quiz with prizes. Discover how sensory science is used in real world applications, all from the comfort of your own space.
