Doug Eatwell studied engineering and business administration before finding his niche in market research in the early 1980s. Having generated insights for major businesses for more than three decades, he has worked in numerous sectors, none featuring more prominently than the food industry, where he has been involved in a wide range of categories from farm to fork on two continents.
In recent years, Doug has developed a keen interest in alternative protein and, in 2021 he conducted an in-depth study into North American consumer perspectives on plant-based meat. In this webinar, he highlights some of the findings, observations and conclusions from this study.
